By accessing or using the Quantaro AI website, booking a consultation, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Quantaro AI provides trading education, AI-powered market analysis tools, rule-based trading strategies, and 1-to-1 expert mentoring. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Important: We do not provide personalised investment, financial, or trading advice. Nothing on our platform constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to engage in financial activities in your jurisdiction to use our services. By registering, you confirm you meet these requirements. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Minimum Deposit & Payments

To access live trading features, a recommended minimum deposit of £250 is required. All payments are processed securely through regulated third-party payment providers. Deposits are held in segregated client accounts where required by law. This deposit is your trading capital, not a fee paid to Quantaro AI.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, consultation bookings and training sessions are non-refundable once confirmed, except where required by law under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Trading deposits are held by the broker and subject to their own withdrawal policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, AI tools, videos, and educational materials are the exclusive property of Quantaro AI Ltd and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written consent.

7. Risk Acknowledgement

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No profits are guaranteed. Please read our full Risk Disclosure before proceeding.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quantaro AI Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or loss of data arising from use of our platform or services.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to engage in market manipulation, to misrepresent your identity or financial status, or to circumvent any security measures on our platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other lawful reason, without liability to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
